• SUP Englewood reserves the right to cancel activities due to weather conditions such as, lightning within 15 miles, dense fog, and winds over 20 MPH.
• Parents are responsible for the the safety of their children on all paddle craft rentals.
• SUP Englewood requires that children 6 years old and under wear a life vest.
• Children must be at least 3 years old to join adventures and can sit with adults in a tandem kayak.
• Paddlers are responsible for collision avoidance and the lighter a paddler is, the more likely they are to blow with the wind into boating channels.
• SUP Englewood requires children to be 14+ to paddle independently.
• Any minor paddling must be accompanied by an adult.
