Dolphins and manatees frequent this area because of its natural coastal environment. Lemon Bay has one of the healthiest seagrass ecosystems in the Gulf of Mexico. These seagrass flats are filled with sea life. See, touch and learn about all the sea creatures that call Lemon Bay “home.”
Sea urchins and sea stars are commonly found along the barrier islands. Paddle board and kayak and experience up-close marine life encounters. Dolphins and manatees travel through this area frequently.
A land lesson will be provided for basic safety before starting the water portion.
