We had the perfect start. Cloudless sky and almost no boats for the first part of our trip. Danny was so knowledgeable and it’s clear how much he cares about the work he does and the ecosystem he explained so well. He told us all about the different birds, the mangrove trees, the conch shells, the stingray, and the dolphins we saw. The beach we kayaked to was gorgeous, and Danny made sure we each left with a shark’s tooth he found on the beach. (Who knew they lost so many!) Unfortunately no manatee sightings. Maybe next time. From start to finish, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

We spent a delightful 2 hours with Danny on the kayak tour of Don Pedro State Park and Little Gasparilla Island. Danny pointed out osprey nests, snowy egrets and dolphins (which swam within 10 feet of our kayaks!) We made a very special visit to a shell beach that can only be accessed by water; it was secluded and breathtaking! We found lots of shark’s teeth there on the beach. Danny took pictures of wildlife and of the people in our group and made these available to us afterwards. The kayak tour was a safe, beginner-friendly day on the water and great exercise as well. Highly recommend! And don’t forget to tip your guides🫶

We had a wonderful time kayaking the waters and mangrove tunnel of Don Pedro Island. Dawn was an excellent, knowledgeable guide who provided us with interesting facts of the area and made sure we had an enjoyable experience.

My friend and I wanted to go kayaking and it was our first time. They make you feel very comfortable and safe the entire time. Danny was extremely kind and even when my friend and I might’ve been a little slow he was sweet. Made me want to go out and buy my own kayak.

We took the Kayak Tour with our granddaughters (ages 9 and 17). Tye was our guide who shared his vast knowledge and made it a wonderful and FUN experience for everyone. Highly recommend!!!

We had Tye as our guide and he was wonderful! We had a small group of 7 and he made our trip very enjoyable. He was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The equipment was well maintained. The day was perfect to be on the water and we also loved the time we spent on the beach finding shark teeth. We highly recommend SUP Englewood kayak tours.

We had such an amazing experience with SUP Englewood and our guide, Danny! We originally had a morning kayak tour booked, but they thoughtfully called us the day before to offer moving it later due to chilly and windy conditions, which we really appreciated. The tour itself was incredible. We saw dolphins, osprey, bald eagles, and even a manatee! One of our favorite parts was the beach stop, where we found tons of shark teeth and really cool shells. Danny was fantastic. So knowledgeable, kind, and easy to be around. He made the whole experience even more enjoyable. We had such a great time and will definitely be back!

Everyone was super friendly and helpful. We kayaked to the beach and went swimming. The water was so warm, there was hardly anyone else on the beach. It was a great day! I think this is probably one of my favorite places to rent kayaks thus far!

Great day on the water yesterday. Saw lots of birds (including osprey nesting), dolphins and a manatee! Stopped for a walk on the beach at Don Pedro Island. Highly recommend stopping! The water was gorgeous, Nearly had the beach to ourselves. Great shelling. Danny was an excellent guide. We had a range of abilities on our tour (fine for newbies to kayaking). He kept everyone together and made sure we all were engaged and had a good time. Thanks SUP Englewood! Look forward to coming back and renting kayaks for our own excursion next time.

We cannot say enough about SUP Englewood. Everything was seamless from online booking, checking in and gearing up for the tour. Jeff took our group out and did not disappoint. My wife and I just returned from an outstanding, guided kayak trip on Lemon Bay in Don Pedro State Park. Our guides, Jeff and Alex were friendly and profrssional. Office staff made sign up effortless. A short 30 minutes from Venice area. Great experience, highly recommended.

Highly recommend booking a tour with SUP Englewood! My mom and I had a great time kayaking and seeing the gorgeous wildlife. Jeff was very knowledgeable and periodically checked in to make sure we were doing ok! I also loved having the guides take pictures throughout the tour so we didn't have to worry about getting our phones wet. We will definitely be back!

The tour was great. The guides were wonderful and informative and the pace was just perfect. Not hard at all. Perfect even for beginners. My favorite was going through the mangrove tunnel and seeing a dolphin. They even take photos and post them for everyone to be able to download. An unexpected perk.

We went on the 2 hr Don Pedro guided kayak tour. Two enthusiastic thumbs up for the experience.!! The area was beautiful with dolphins and too many sea birds to remember. Our guide Tye was so knowledgeable about all we came across, while providing excellent stories and experiences about the area and wildlife.

Had a great morning paddle out of Don Pedro Island State Park with SUP Englewood. Rented a kayak and headed out early on a Wednesday morning. They have a welcoming team and great equipment. They provided a map with directions and suggestions on how to use my 4-hour time. Paddled over to a secluded beach, then on the return trip entered a mangrove tunnel which led out to a lake. I paddled on my own, but they also provide tours if you’d rather be guided. If you’re staying in the Englewood/Venice Beach area, I would recommend SUP Englewood for a kayaking adventure.

We had a wonderful experience on the kayak tour! Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We were able to see all kinds of bird, dolphins and even manatees. I highly recommend, no matter what level of kayaking experience you have.

We took a tour today and our guides were Danny and Dawn. They were fantastic. Very knowledgeable, friendly and enthusiastic! We even saw a dolphin pass by us, of course, that was exciting! Highly recommend this company and tour!

6/5 stars if I could. Everyone here was fantastic to work with. I was a walk in and didn't have a reservation but they accommodated my daughter and I seamlessly allowing us to enjoy a beautiful day out on the water. The price is more than reasonable for a 4 hour rental. We were only out for a little over 3 hours and we felt that was more than enough to enjoy the day and see all there is to see in the beautiful mangrove forests. You can either get a guided tour or do what we did and just cruise around but you're still provided with a cool map and tips on where to go to see things like dolphin and manatees. The mullet were jumping and a dolphin passed right in front of us cementing those memories for all eternity all thanks to SUP Englewood. Be sure to check the water level before going to through the mangrove tunnels because it can get tight if it's high. Shout out to Ray and the team for getting us all squared away. We will definitely be back to go again.

Had a wonderful visit yesterday! Super professional, well-run team of enthusiasts. Plenty of kayaks, good prep (to include an informative pre-paddle how to paddle for those who haven’t done it in a while), safety tips and a smooth, organized launch . Saw dolphins (exactly where noted on the map), super scenic paddling along the mangroves, great birds along the way, boats in the boating lanes were polite. The team was waiting to help upon returning and were as exited as we were to have seen such beautiful sites and paddled with the dolphins 💚☘️ Thanks for making the experience awesome!

Danny was an awesome guide. The whole operation is first class. The largest group number in a tour is only eight people. Danny took pictures and emailed them to people in the group. Saw dolphins up close and many different kinds of birds. Highly recommend using SUP Englewood!
