Activity details
Join us for our Coffee & Conservation series, a monthly event where community members, eco-tour providers, and outdoor enthusiasts come together to learn, network, and engage in meaningful conversations about local conservation efforts. Each month, we will highlight a different conservation topic relevant to our coastal ecosystem, featuring expert speakers from local nonprofits and conservation organizations.
Enjoy: Complimentary coffee, iced coffee, and pastries provided by the Dearborn Coffeehouse and Bakery (Joe Maxx).
Learn: Hear from conservation experts on topics like manatee and sea turtle protection, native plants, bird species, and much more.
Engage: Participate in presentations followed by Q&A sessions where you can ask questions, share ideas, and learn how to get involved in preserving our environment.
Support: Donations ($5-10 suggested) will be accepted on-site to support local nonprofit organizations working in conservation.
This event is open to all, including eco-tour providers, outdoor recreation businesses, and community members passionate about protecting our natural resources. Together, we can make a lasting impact on the health of our local waterways and wildlife.
RSVP Required: Each event is free, but space is limited, so please reserve your spot in advance.
Donations: Suggested donation of $5-10 per person to support local conservation efforts.
Organized by SUP Englewood, supported by Joe Max Coffee on Dearborn Street, and other local nonprofits. Stay tuned for a new topic each month!
